The first annual Dream-A-Thon is a community service project created in support of an equal opportunity to education for all. As Cal State Univ., Fullerton (CSUF) Human Services students, we will be hosting an event similar to a“Walk-A-Thon” with all proceeds going to the CSUF AB540 Book Scholarship. The event will also include a resource fair with various organizations that support equal education, with food and entertainment provided, as well. The objective of this event is to not only fundraise for scholarships, but to also create a sense of social consciousness of the issues that affect these students and provide resources that will help them accomplish their dreams of obtaining a higher education. Our goal is to fundraise as much as possible. Monetary donations,t-shirts, food, reusable bags, giveaways, or anything else you can provide would make a difference in support of this cause.
